How we handle your data

What we collect

The details you give us when registering: name, company, job title, email, phone, country, your role in digital trust, dietary requirements, the badge line about what you are working on, and your answers to two questions about post-quantum planning and certificate authorities.

Why

To review and confirm your registration, to run the event, to cater for you correctly, and to print your badge. The two survey answers are used in aggregate to measure what the day changed; they are never attributed to you individually.

Photography and recording

The event is photographed and filmed. By registering for an event you consent to appearing in those photographs and recordings. If you would prefer not to appear, tell a member of the team on the day and we will keep you out of shot.

Your rights

Write to us to access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent at any time. The controller is OmniTrust Security s.r.o.
